Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
What's eligible for return?
You can return or exchange any necktie that's in its original condition with all the packaging within 14 days of receiving the necktie (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased for final sale
All neckties MUST have the original tags attached to the necktie as it was when it was shipped and the items must be returned in all of the H. LUZZARIO & Co original packaging. If the tag has been unconnected from the tie we will not be able to issue a refund.

Please allow 12 to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
Personalized Items (e.g., Create Your Own, Make Your Own) cannot be returned or exchanged.
